Listen to Jonathan as he explains who we are, how APCS operates, and what sets our team apart. From in-house staffing to documented cleaning processes, our approach is built around accountability, consistency, and long-term partnerships with the facilities we serve.
At APCS, service starts with structure.
Before a single shift begins, every facility is evaluated and assigned a documented scope of work based on its layout, usage, and operational needs. That scope becomes the standard our teams are trained to follow, not a loose guideline.
Our crews are in-house and supported by active supervision, routine inspections, and ongoing communication. Quality is reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed to prevent issues before they escalate into complaints.
This approach allows us to deliver consistent results over time, even as staff changes, schedules shift, or facility demands evolve. It’s how we maintain reliability without requiring constant oversight from your team.
Every APCS facility is supported by a documented compliance binder. This binder provides full transparency into how your facility is cleaned, supervised, and documented.
It outlines our cleaning procedures, disinfection records, safety training, and quality control processes. Each section exists to support health inspections, maintain regulatory compliance, and reduce the risk of OSHA-related violations.
These binders are always kept on-site and can be found in the janitorial closet for immediate access by managers, inspectors, or auditors. They are actively maintained by our team and reviewed by management to ensure consistency, accountability, and audit readiness at all times.
